Forensic Services

Neuropsychological Forensic Evaluation Services Include:

• Neuropsychological Functioning ( as it relates to Medical Malpractice and other forensic questions)

• Assessment of Treatment Needs

• Competence Evaluations (e.g., to Stand Trial, to Plead Guilty, to Make Treatment Decisions, etc.)

• Determining the Need for Guardianship (Assessment of Functioning)

• Mental Injury (Worker’s Compensation cases)

• Testamentary Capacity

• Report Review (e.g., reviewing reports and data of other psychologists)
